“Sagrada Observatory”
The Sagrada Observatory was built in 2007 as part of our home here in Las Cruces, New Mexico — at 4,200 feet elevation. The entire observatory is setup as a remote, robotic facility for the purpose of CCD Imaging. All observatory operations are controlled via automation software using CCD Commander. The observatory dome is a 14.5′ ASH Dome, with upper and lower shutter systems.
